TOM KNOWLES JACKSON

TOM KNOWLES JACKSON is a passionate potter and former Army Major who exchanged his protective weapons for a potter’s wheel. It is quite impressive how quickly and simply he went from fighting on battlegrounds to peacefully making ceramics in St Chloe, Cotswolds. 

The former army major approaches each piece of clay with the same passion that carried him through difficulties faced on the battlefield. As he works on his pottery in the middle of Cotswold’s lush countryside, one is amazed by how respect never goes out of style.

Matthew Wilcock
